Join a dynamic marketing company, specializing in creative, IT, and marketing communication solutions. As a **Receptionist**, you'll be the first point of contact for company, providing excellent customer service and administrative support.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the office.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls.
- Manage the reception area and ensure it's tidy and presentable.
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2-5 years of experience as a receptionist or in a similar role.
- Graduation or Postgraduation qualification.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.

**Note: Your first-month salary will have a deduction equivalent to 15 days' pay, serving as the service fee for the recruitment company that facilitated your hiring process.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month

- Fixed shift
- Morning shift
- Weekend availability
