We have urgent opening for Logistic coordinator for Goods inspection /testing company.

need 2 years or above exp

Key Responsibilities:
1. Quotation Management: - Respond to client inquiries regarding the ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certification services. - Prepare and deliver quotations and proposals to potential clients, ensuring accuracy and completeness. - Collaborate with the Sales team to follow up on quotations and close sales.

2. Client Communication: - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients seeking the certification services. - Maintain strong client relationships by providing excellent customer service and responding to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

3. Audit Scheduling: - Coordinate and schedule the ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certification audits (initial, surveillance, renewal) in collaboration with Certification office and internal auditors. - Ensure that audit schedules align with client requirements and regulatory deadlines.

4. Documentation Management: - Manage and maintain all relevant documentation associated with certification processes, including client records, audit reports, and certification certificates. - Manage and maintain documentation relevant to auditor’s qualification, training etc. - Ensure that all documentation is up-to-date and compliant with ISO standards.

5. Internal Collaboration: - Work closely with the Sales, Quality Assurance, and Operations teams to ensure a seamless and efficient certification process. - Facilitate effective communication between internal departments to meet client needs. - Provide necessary to the Certification office - Keep management up to date about the operational activities on monthly basis

CTC-2.64 LPA

Working Days-Monday to Saturday

Shift timing
- 10am to 7pm

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
