What You Will Do:

- Answer queries from the quality staff on a day-to-day basis and escalate to the Team Leader and coding Operations.
- Keeps abreast of coding guidelines and reimbursement reporting requirements.
- Coordinates scheduled quality meeting with the TL,QA and production staff.
- Project Launch
- Active involvement in project launch sessions along with team’s leaders to understand the coding process.
- Respond to and ensure that the acknowledgement mail on daily updates is sent to Team Leader. Ensure client mail is promptly responded to.
- Codes actively alongside their team to stay abreast of all coding guidelines and process.
- Daily activities include production support clarifying queries.
- Assist with special projects as required. Example: Focused audits; client launches, etc.
- Assist with research and development and presentation of continuing education programs on areas of specialization.
- Shall understand and abide by the organization’s information security policy and project the confidentiality, integrity and availability of all information assets.
- Shall report incidents related to security of information to concerned authorities.

What You Will Need:

- Preferably Any life Science, Para Medical Graduates or Graduates
- Minimum Experience: 3-5-year coding experience and mínimal 1 year experience with Guidehouse.
- Should be AHIMA/AAPC Certified.
- Good analytic skills and expertise to be proficient in accurately coding medical records.
- Strong ability to interpret medical record of the patients in different specialties.
- Ability to communicate, have excellent interpersonal, listening skills and organizational skills.
- Can Work in the toughest of conditions, able to handle diverse clients.
- Able to Work under pressure and deliver expected daily productivity targets.
- Ability to work with speed and accuracy
- Ability to work in flexible shift including weekends.

What Would Be Nice To Have:

- Proficiency in MS Office/excel
- Experience in coding software or encoder (3M, Trucode, Optum)
- Familiarity with HER/EMR systems (EPIC, Cerner, etc.,)
