**Key Responsibilities**:

- Generate and issue Purchase Orders (P.O) for Devices, Consumables, Spares, and Cosmetics in alignment with the company’s procurement requirements.
- Coordinate with the Accounts Team by sharing Proforma Invoices (PIs) and ensuring timely payment releases based on priority and urgency.
- Monitor and track all import shipments to ensure the flight schedule aligns with the forwarder’s confirmation.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders to finalize the most cost-effective and efficient flight schedules and rates; share cargo details accordingly.
- Oversee end-to-end management of both Cargo and Courier shipments.
- Prepare and compile necessary documentation required for Bill of Entry (BOE) filing, ensuring compliance with customs regulations.
- Liaise with an authorized CHA (Customs House Agent) for accurate and timely BOE filing.
- Coordinate with the Logistics Team to verify that cargo received matches the invoice specifications.
- Maintain a comprehensive Import Report detailing all relevant shipment data and updates.
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments for freight forwarders and international suppliers.
- Handle documentation related to legal and regulatory licensing requirements.
- Resolve shipment-related queries from freight forwarders, principal suppliers, and CHA representatives.
- Share import documentation with the Accounts Team to facilitate customs duty payments and advance payments.
- Undertake any additional responsibilities or tasks as assigned by the Chief Operating Officer (COO).

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
