**Job Description**:
We are looking for a Performance Tester to Design and develop test scenarios thru proper performance modeling and non-functional tests. This position will be full-time and remote.
What You’ll Do
Complete understanding and experience on end-to-end performance engineering lifecycle, including but not limited to each of below:
Cross Team engagement
Evaluating the system architecture and data flow
Understanding the infrastructure design to plan performance tests accordingly
Represent/enable the performance test process, reporting and communication to the different Business teams
Environment setup
Ensuring the performance test environment yields results which will mimic the real-world scenario and/or document the differences between the performance test environment and the production environment in order to properly explain test results
Clearly defining the business functionalities which are to be in scope for performance testing
Capturing and evaluating the Non-Functional Requirements
Ensuring each aspect of the business requirements is translated
What You'll Need
**Required**:
5 to 7 years of experience.
Design and develop test scenarios thru proper performance modeling and non-functional tests.
Experience in performance testing tools (Loadrunner, Jmeter, Postman, Katalon and other open-source performance tools)
Scripting and execution expertise with scripting protocols including AS/400 (iSeries), Web, Services, Siebel and other retail packages, Mobile)
Should be proficient in Business Analysis, Business Knowledge, Testing, Software Engineering, Architecture Knowledge, Technical Solution Design, Monitoring Solutions and Quality Management.
Setting up the required test data to use during performance testing.
Creating and customizing the performance test scripts based on pre-defined test cases.
Hands on experience on wide set of industry standard tools such as LoadRunner, JMeter, UFT, Load UI,

Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions
Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
