We are looking for a qualified Female Customer Support Executive for our advertising company to offer excellent customer service and after-sales support. To be successful as a customer support executive, you should display excellent interpersonal and communication skills as well as a professional appearance. These skills will prove invaluable when mentoring the representatives in your team and mediating with customers. An outstanding customer support executive should possess a proven track record of successful customer service and management skills.

**Responsibilities**
- Build relationships with prospective clients.
- Resolving customer complaints.
- Maintain consistent contact with existing clients.
- Track metrics to ensure targets are hit.

**Qualifications**
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in advertising industry preferred.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Bachelor's degree with 2-3 years of Experience.
- Languages Required: Malayalam, English, Tamil.

**Salary**: ₹10,034.00 - ₹11,982.00 per month
