**Position Location**:Jaipur

Objectives of this Role
- Provide first level ERP support of users
- Masters Creation in ERP - Customers, Suppliers, Items and other relevant masters in ERP
- Troubleshooting/Data Corrections wherever it’s required and support ERP related issues on daily basis
- Co-coordinating with ERP support team for resolving ERP related bugs whenever required.
- Provide training of ERP Modules to newly joined users as requested by divisions
- Create users and assign rights in ERP as per requirement
- Perform basic Database related tasks like creating and monitoring database backup, DB health check-up and fine tuning
- Ensuring all the data complies with legal regulations.
- Regular reporting to the teamwork with monitoring database performance
- Improving the technology used and Building new databases
- Maintains database results by setting and enforcing standards and controls.
- Prepares for database expansion by studying plans and requirements, advising senior technical coordinating design and programming

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities
- Analyze department needs, identify vulnerabilities, and boost productivity, efficiency and accuracy to inform business decisions
- Ensure network components meet needs and work together seamlessly, using the full range of capabilities, and stay informed about new features and competitive solutions
- Continuously analyze current process, technologies, and vendors to identify areas of improvement
- Prepare cost benefits analysis reports when upgrades are necessary, continuously analysing vendors to ensure they offer the best possible service and value for company needs
- Train employees on ERP software and troubleshoot, and provide technical support when needed
- Develop and execute disaster procedures, and maintain data backups

Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in technology or computer science
- 5+ years’ experience in IT Executive
- Knowledge of Windows server installation and configuration.
- Knowledge of RDP and IIS server serve installation.
- Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server & Crystal Report
- Expertise with implementing, configuring, and testing solutions

Preferred Qualifications

Also completed end to end project completion of any ERP (Minimum 2 projects).

Microsoft SQL Server, Outer Join, Inner Join, Left Join, Right Join, Union Insert, delete.

Knowledge of making dashboards & Reports in SQL, and Crystal Reports.

Proven leadership skills

Strong creative and analytical thinking

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
