**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Design Consultation**: Meet with clients to understand their vision, preferences, and wedding theme. Create mood boards, design mock-ups, and provide recommendations for decor based on their style, budget, and wedding venue.
- **Design Planning**: Develop a comprehensive design plan, including layout, color schemes, floral arrangements, lighting, furniture, and other decor elements. Ensure the design plan aligns with the overall event timeline and budget.
- **Coordination with Vendors**: Liaise with vendors such as florists, lighting specialists, furniture rental companies, and production teams to ensure seamless execution of decor elements.
- **Execution of Decor Setup**: Oversee and manage the installation of wedding decor elements at the venue. Ensure that all elements are set up to the highest standard, paying attention to every detail.
- **Customization**: Create personalized decorative elements such as signage, centerpieces, and floral designs that reflect the couple's personality and vision.
- **On-Site Supervision**: Supervise the setup, tear-down, and logistics of decor installation during the wedding day to ensure that everything is flawless and on schedule.
- **Budget Management**: Work within the allocated budget to design and source decor items, ensuring cost-efficiency without compromising quality or style.
- **Trend Awareness**: Stay up-to-date with the latest wedding and event design trends, materials, and styles to offer fresh, innovative ideas to clients.
- **Client Communication**: Maintain clear communication with clients throughout the design process, addressing any concerns or changes promptly and professionally.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in wedding or event design.
- Strong portfolio showcasing past wedding design projects.
- Excellent creative and artistic skills, with a keen eye for color, texture, and detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, vendors, and team members.
- Ability to work long hours, including weekends, as wedding events often occur on weekends and evenings.
- Flexibility and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Certification or degree in Event Planning, or a related field.
- Experience working with high-end or luxury wedding clients.
- Familiarity with event management software and tools. (Microsoft Office:

- PPT, Word, Excel)
- Knowledge of sustainable or eco-friendly decor options.

**Work Environment**:

- The role requires a combination of office work, client meetings, and on-site event coordination.
- The designer will be expected to travel to wedding venues and event locations, which may require occasional overnight stays.
- Physical demands may include lifting or moving decor items and being on your feet for extended periods during setup and event days.
