Job Overview

We are seeking a talented Wedding Decor Executive / Manager specializing in fabric, props, and flower décor. The ideal candidate will bring creative vision, attention to detail, and strong leadership to craft stunning and memorable wedding setups. You will collaborate closely with clients, vendors, and our internal team to design and execute elegant event themes that enhance the overall ambiance of weddings and social functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Creative Conceptualization:

Collaborate with clients to understand their theme and preferences; design personalized décor concepts using fabric, props, and floral elements.

  • Event Planning & Coordination:

Plan and execute décor for weddings, corporate events, and social gatherings. Coordinate logistics including materials, vendors, and setup execution.

  • Client Relationship Management:

Act as the main point of contact for clients, maintaining clear communication and ensuring their vision is perfectly realized.

  • Budget Management:

Develop and monitor décor budgets, negotiate with vendors, and ensure cost-effective solutions while maintaining quality standards.

  • Team Leadership:

Lead and motivate the décor and setup teams for seamless event execution.

  • Problem Solving:

Quickly identify and resolve any on-site challenges during event setup and execution.

  • Quality Assurance:

Ensure décor installations meet the company's high standards; conduct post-event reviews to improve future performance.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's in Event Management, Interior Design, or related field.
  • Experience: 3–7 years in wedding décor or event design, with expertise in fabric, props, and floral decoration.
  • Skills:
  • Strong creative and project management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
  • Ability to multitask and perform under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Canva or other design tools preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30, ₹60,000.00 per month
