**Position Summary**:
The Female Cricket Coach will work under the guidance of Head Coach Samad Fallah to coach and train the Female players of the Mavericks Cricket Academy. The coach will provide strategic input, technical skills development, physical fitness training, and mentorship for players, promoting a culture of teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship.

**Primary Responsibilities**:
**Coaching and Mentoring**: Train female cricket players on all aspects of the game including batting, bowling, fielding, and wicket-keeping. Mentor them on the mental aspects of the game and inculcate a team spirit.

**Player Development**: Evaluate player's strengths and weaknesses, creating personalized training plans. Provide feedback to players, guiding them on performance improvement.

**Tactical Planning**: Collaborate with the Head Coach to develop game strategies and plans.

**Physical Fitness**: Oversee the fitness training of the female cricket team. Ensure players maintain a high level of physical fitness to meet the rigorous demands of the sport.

**Team Coordination**: Work closely with other coaching staff, sports therapists, and nutritionists to ensure holistic player development.

**Compliance and Discipline**: Ensure compliance with all regulations of the sport. Maintain discipline among players and ensure they uphold the standards and values of the Mavericks Cricket Academy.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Prior experience in coaching, preferably in women's cricket.
- Deep understanding of the rules and strategies of cricket.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate players.
- Proficient in performance analysis and training techniques.
- Ability to handle pressure and make quick decisions.
- Degree in Sports Coaching, Physical Education, or a relevant field is desirable.
- Certifications from recognized cricketing bodies would be a plus.
