- Job Location :Off Mumbai Pune Expressway Next to Maharashtra Cricket Association Stadium, Gahunje, Maharashtra 412101
- Salary Range CTC - 3-5 Lakhs
- Preference : Male / Female
- Age criteria : 45 years

- **Job Roles & Responsibility**_

1**.Snagging, de-snagging & handover of apartments**

2. Provide solutions to ongoing challenges and ensure customer satisfaction and positive customer experience.

3. Monitor the effectiveness of pre-handover inspections, ensure feedback is followed up and escalated where necessary.

4. Manage the customer “snag list” i.e. comments, requests, etc, and address them through proper communication, follow up, coordination and escalation with the related departments.

5. Continuously improve, streamline and enforce the Handover policies & processes. 6. Contacting the clients and try to take appointments to hand over their units.

7. Site visit should be done to determine the unit status, then a snag list should be done to follow up with the site engineers for any missing items before its delivery within a fixed time frame.

8. Responsible for making all the needed documents in the handover process.

9. Responsible for making all the paperwork and the invoices.

10. Responsible for generating delivery reports, site reports monthly and quarterly.

11. Following up on collecting the fees of any utility installations in the projects.

12. Revising with the financial department any financial settlements with clients before delivery.

13. Follow up on client requests and modifications.

14. Contacting Clients with the coordination with the technical for any upgraded options (Roof tiles, Aluminum, etc ) upon client’s request.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
