Job Title**:Human Resource Recruiter (Sales Hiring Specialist)**

Employment Type: Full-time

**Key Responsibilities**:
Handle end-to-end recruitment for sales profiles — from sourcing to onboarding.

Manage and maintain job postings on multiple free and premium job portals.

Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic or video interviews.

Coordinate and schedule interviews with department heads.

Report weekly hiring metrics and provide insights on hiring performance.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
Minimum 2 years of experience specifically in sales recruitment.

Excellent communication skills in English (verbal & written).

In-depth knowledge of free (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.) and paid job portals (Naukri, Monster, etc.).

Educational qualification completed (Bachelor’s degree or higher).

Must be living in their residence (not shared accommodation or hostel).
