Rolls-Royce Power Systems is headquartered in Friedrichshafen in southern Germany and employs around 9,000 people. The product portfolio includes MTU-brand high-speed engines and propulsion systems for ships, power generation, heavy land, rail and defense vehicles and for the oil and gas industry as well as diesel and gas systems and battery containers for mission critical, standby and continuous power, combined generation of heat and power, and micro grids.

Experienced and highly motivated Project Manager to oversee the Supply, Installation, Testing & commissioning of diesel / Gas generators. The Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring the successful planning, execution, and completion of generator installation projects, ensuring adherence to budget, timeline, quality, and safety standards. The role requires coordination with multiple stakeholders, including internal teams, contractors, vendors, and clients to ensure that the power infrastructure is installed and commissioned efficiently to meet operational requirements.

Internship Program - Key opportunities and responsibilities:

- Design and implement automation strategies that streamline processes across various departments.
- Establish metrics to assess the effectiveness of automation initiatives and report on progress to management.
- Plan, design and conduct tests of the implementations, correcting errors, and re-testing to achieve an acceptable result, to quickly adapt any programming language if needed.
- To come up with innovative ideas / approaches / methodologies to solve the problem. Design and implement automation strategies that streamline processes across various departments.
- Studying Bachelor’s level education in Computer Science discipline.
- Experienced in the use of one or more current analytical technologies such as MATLAB programming, C programming, Python (must), Java Scripting & Selenium Desktop automation & MS SQL.
- Understanding of debugging of existing code., Understanding of trend analysis of data. Collaboration and teamwork, with a willingness to share solutions and best practices across teams.
