**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
A) Duties and Responsibilities:

- To carry out kiln, raw mill and coal mill operation.
- Troubleshooting of the problems and coordinating with all concern departments.
- Good knowledge of SAP, PP and MS Office.
- Know safety standard & Develop safety culture in the department.
- To manage refractory related jobs at site during kiln shutdown and handling manpower.
- TSR enhancement.
- Responsible for targeted production and reducing specific power consumption and heat consumption.

JOB SPECIFICA TION:
**Qualification**:

- B.Sc. / M.Sc.

**Experience**:

- 5 to 8 years.

**Nature of Experience**:

- Cement mill operation as well as site jobs

**Essential Skills**:

- Mill shut down management safety standard, Handling manpower etc

**Desirable skills**:

- SAP, ISO & MS Office knowledge

B) Goals I KRA to be assigned:

- To achieve targeted production with desirable quality.
- To reduce SPC of clinker power and sp. Heat consumption of kiln.
- To increase mill production and maintain target achieved.
- Maintain cement quality and best production.
- To enhance good operation and power saving.

**Qualifications**:
Diploma

**Minimum Experience Level**:
4-8 Years
