**Job Title: OT Assistant (Operation Theatre Assistant)**
**Location**:Plot No. 457/11713, Shree Vihar, In front of IOCL Office, Patia, Bhubaneswar-751017, Odisha, India**
**HOSPITAL**:UroNephro Center of Excellence (UNCE)**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and sterilize the operation theatre, instruments, and surgical tools before and after procedures.
- Assist surgeons and nurses during surgical procedures by passing instruments and supplies.
- Ensure all equipment is functioning correctly and report any malfunctions.
- Maintain a sterile and safe environment in compliance with infection control protocols.
- Help with patient positioning, draping, and transportation to and from the operation theatre.
- Manage inventory of OT supplies and restock as needed.
- Assist in cleaning and maintaining surgical instruments and equipment.
- Document OT activities and assist in maintaining accurate patient records.
- Coordinate with other healthcare staff to ensure smooth operation theatre workflows.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma in Operation Theatre Technology or an equivalent qualification.

**Requirements**:

- Experience required in this field.
- Prior experience as an OT Assistant in a healthcare facility is preferred.
- Knowledge of aseptic techniques and infection control practices.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and emergencies.
