- **Experience**:

- 2+ years of experience working with **Apigee Edge **or other API management platforms.
- Hands-on experience developing **RESTful APIs **and integrating with backend systems using Apigee.
- Experience with **API security **practices such as **OAuth 2.0 **, **JWT **, **API Keys **, and rate limiting.
- Proficiency in **API management **lifecycle, including versioning, deployment, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of **Apigee Edge **, including API proxy development, policy configuration, and API management.
- Proficient in **JavaScript **, **Node.js **, or **Java **for API proxy logic.
- Familiarity with **OpenAPI **(Swagger) specification for designing APIs.
- Hands-on experience with **API Gateway **concepts, traffic management, and security protocols.
- **Cloud & Integration**:

- Experience working with cloud platforms like **Google Cloud Platform (GCP) **, **AWS **, or **Azure **.
- Knowledge of integrating APIs with cloud-native services and microservices architectures.
- **Monitoring & Debugging**:

- Proficient in using **Apigee Analytics **and **Apigee Edge Monitoring **tools to track API performance and resolve issues.
- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills using the Apigee platform.
- **Scripting & Automation**:

- Experience in scripting languages such as **JavaScript **, **Python **, or **Shell scripting **for automating processes related to API management.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to document API designs, specifications, and usage guidelines clearly.
