**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Promote and sell freight and logistics services to prospective clients.
- Qualify leads through effective cold calling and lead generation.
- Develop new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.
- Achieve sales targets and quotas as set by management.
- Proactively address customer issues and provide timely solutions.
- Cultivate long-term relationships with clients to ensure continued business growth.
- Ensure clear, timely, and accurate communication with clients and internal teams.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings with clients to foster relationships and drive business growth, as and when required.
- Assist various departments as required to support business needs.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Regularly report on sales progress, forecast targets, and client feedback to management.
- Prepare detailed sales reports, client feedback, and other necessary documentation.
**Key Requirements**:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or a related field.
- Proven success in sales with a strong ability to develop new business and nurture existing relationships.
- In-depth knowledge of export logistics and a strong understanding of the NVOCC role.
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
- Strong closing skills and assertiveness in sales.
- Experience working with CRM systems to manage and track sales activities.
- Knowledge of sea freight operations is a plus.
**Educational Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- MBA also preferred.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
