**International Voice Process - Customer Support (Non-Sales)**

**Process**: Air India
**Working Days**: 5 Days
**Experience Required**: Fresher to 1 Year
**Qualification**: Graduate or Undergraduate
**Location**:Noida, Sec 62

**Salary Details**
- **Fresher**: ₹25,000 CTC
- **1 Year Experience**: Up to ₹30,000 In-Hand (Non-CTC)

**Key Responsibilities**
- Handle inbound international customer queries related to Air India bookings, rescheduling, and other travel services.
- Provide accurate information and support with professionalism and empathy.
- Maintain high service standards in line with international expectations.
- Ensure proper documentation and follow-up on queries or complaints.
- Adhere to company policies and compliance requirements.

**Required Skills**:

- Excellent verbal communication skills in English (International standards)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Customer-centric attitude and patience
- Basic computer proficiency

**Training will be provided.**
Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.
