This is a **non-sales**, **non-target-based** role with **attractive incentives**.

Urban Company is hiring experienced professionals for our **International Voice Process** team at our Sector 62, Noida office. If you are customer-focused and looking for a stable, voice-based international process without sales targets, this opportunity is for you.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls with international customers.
- Resolve customer queries with professionalism and clarity.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
- Follow internal processes and adhere to service quality standards.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Minimum **1 year of experience** in an international voice process.
- Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using computers, CRMs, and office tools.
- **Education**: Undergraduate or Graduate (any stream).
