**Job Description: Back Office Executive (Vehicles Focus)**

**Location**: Vastrapur - Ahmedabad.

**Education Qualification**: ITI/ Diploma in Automobile/Mechanical/Fitter etc/ Bachelor Degree.

**Experience**: 1+ Years

**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:
Vehicle Management:

- Maintain accurate records of all company vehicles, including registration, insurance, service history, and mileage.
- Schedule and coordinate regular vehicle maintenance, repairs, and inspections.
- Source and purchase vehicle parts and accessories as needed.
- Manage fuel consumption and track vehicle expenses.
- Ensure all vehicles are clean, well-maintained, and in safe operating condition.
- Troubleshoot basic vehicle issues and liaise with mechanics for complex repairs.
- Knowledge of basic components of two and four wheelers, including:

- Engine components (e.g., oil, filters, spark plugs).
- Transmission and drivetrain.
- Braking systems.
- Suspension and steering.
- Electrical systems (e.g., battery, lights).
- Tires and wheel alignment.
- Manage vehicle documentation, including permits, licenses, and insurance renewals.
- Coordinate vehicle assignments and track vehicle usage.

**Office Administration**:

- Manage and maintain office supplies and stationery inventory.
- Ensure the office is clean, organized, and presentable.
- Troubleshoot and maintain office equipment (e.g., printers, photocopiers).
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Assist with general administrative tasks as needed.
- Maintain accurate records and files.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as an Office Administrator or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of two and four-wheeler vehicle components and maintenance procedures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Valid driver's license (preferred).
- Basic understanding of vehicle documentation and regulations.
- Ability to perform basic troubleshooting of office equipment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
