Job Description: Jewelry Counter Sales

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist customers in selecting jewelry products.
- Provide product information and advice to customers based on their preferences and needs.
- Demonstrate knowledge of jewelry materials, designs, and trends.
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the counter area.
- Upsell and cross-sell additional products and services.
- Process returns and exchanges according to company policies.
- Collaborate with other team members to meet sales targets.
- Keep inventory of available products and restock as needed.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous retail sales experience, preferably in the jewelry industry.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Knowledge of jewelry products and terminology.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions.
- Attention to detail and professionalism.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
