Overview

We are looking for two Research Analysts (Interns - 3 Months) to support the early-stage execution of our H2 Business Banking and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaign. This role will involve detailed desk research to identify and compile high-quality company and contact data for targeted outreach efforts.

These analysts will play a key part in ensuring our sales and marketing teams have accurate, complete, and actionable data to engage senior decision-makers in our target market segments.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct company-level research to identify organisations that match our strategic targeting criteria
- Identify relevant senior decision-makers (typically C-suite or senior leadership in finance, operations, or technology) within each company
- Source and validate key contact details, including:

- LinkedIn profile URLs
- Direct phone numbers (where available)
- Accurately input and format data in shared spreadsheets or CRM tools according to defined templates
- Ensure data completeness, consistency, and integrity throughout the research process
- Work closely with the campaign planning team to align on progress and targeting focus

Required Skills & Attributes
- Strong research skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, company databases, and open-source web research
- Basic understanding of CRM or structured data entry
- Comfortable working independently and meeting daily or weekly data goals
