We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic **Sales Trainee** to join our growing team in **Madurai**. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals passionate about digital marketing and sales. You’ll learn to identify leads, pitch our WhatsApp marketing services, and close deals, while receiving training and support.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and approach potential customers in Madurai (local businesses, retailers, service providers, etc.)
- Conduct cold calls, WhatsApp outreach, and in-person visits
- Demonstrate the benefits of WhatsApp marketing for customer engagement and business growth
- Support in organizing demo sessions and follow-ups
- Maintain accurate records of leads, contacts, and sales activity using CRM tools
- Work closely with the regional manager for strategy and guidance
- Attend training sessions to improve sales techniques and product knowledge

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or pursuing final year)
- Strong interest in sales, marketing, or digital communication
- Good communication skills in Tamil and English
- Basic understanding of WhatsApp usage for business is a plus
- Self-motivated, eager to learn, and team-oriented
- Willingness to travel within India for client meetings

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: ₹7,500.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
