Captain

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Team Leadership**: Supervise and coordinate the activities of the food and beverage service staff, ensuring efficient and effective service.
- **Guest Experience**: Ensure all guests receive a high level of customer service, addressing any concerns or special requests promptly.
- **Training and Development**: Train new staff members and provide ongoing training to existing staff to maintain high service standards.
- **Inventory Management**: Monitor stock levels, place orders for supplies, and manage inventory to avoid shortages or overstock.
- **Quality Control**: Ensure all food and beverages are prepared and served according to established standards and specifications.
- **Health and Safety Compliance**: Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- **Event Coordination**: Assist in planning and executing special events, banquets, and other functions as required.
- **Financial Management**: Assist in managing budgets, controlling costs, and maximizing profitability.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
