Our flourishing business seeks well motivated, educated and experienced sales personnel to interact with the customers and assist them to find exactly what they need. We are looking for a person who is quick in absorbing the product knowledge and use it while making an interesting sales pitch to the customers. **Responsibilities**
- Greet and assist customers as they shop for new products.
- Suggest interesting upsells to help the customers walk out of the store satisfied and happy.
- Meet monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets set by the organization.
- Build a pipeline and maintain long-term relationships with prospects.
- Understand any sort of problem faced by a customer and resolve it in the best possible manner.
- Prepare and maintain weekly sales reports and submit them to the reporting manager.
- Collaborate with the Sales manager/ Reporting manager to ensure maximum sales for the organization.
- Assist other team members in their day to day activities.

**Requirements**:

- Pursuing Bachelor's degree
- Experienced 3 to 5 years

**Salary**: Rs. 25,000 - Rs. 30,000/- per month
