Our flourishing business seeks well motivated, educated and experienced sales personnel to interact with the customers and assist them to find exactly what they need. We are looking for a person who is quick in absorbing the product knowledge and use it while making an interesting sales pitch to the customers. If you are willing to gain new knowledge and love to work with challenges, we look forward to meeting you.

**Responsibilities**
- Greet and assist customers as they shop for new products.
- Suggest interesting upsells to help the customers walk out of the store satisfied and happy.
- Meet monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets set by the organization.
- Build a pipeline and maintain long-term relationships with prospects.
- Understand any sort of problem faced by a customer and resolve it in the best possible manner.
- Prepare and maintain weekly sales reports and submit them to the reporting manager.
- Collaborate with the Sales manager/ Reporting manager to ensure maximum sales for the organization.
- Assist other team members in their day to day activities.

**Requirements**:

- Pursuing Bachelor's degree
- Experienced 3 to 5 years

**Salary**: Rs. 25,000 - Rs. 30,000/- per month

**Timings**: 10:30 am - 8:30 pm

**Location**: Ludhiana
