Silvish is a fast-growing 925 sterling silver jewelry brand known for its modern, western-inspired designs. We’re building India’s most iconic silver jewelry label and are looking for a dependable **Operations Executive** to help us manage daily backend tasks, ensure smooth order fulfillment, and deliver a great customer experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Customer Support & Experience**
- Confirm COD orders via phone and WhatsApp
- Call and coordinate with customers for returns, refunds, and delivery issues
- Ensure prompt and polite communication to maintain a smooth post-purchase experience

**Marketplace & Website Operations**
- List and update products on Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, Myntra, Nykaa, and other marketplaces
- Manage inventory, pricing, and order flow across platforms
- Monitor and troubleshoot listing and order issues

**Logistics & Order Fulfillment**
- Print daily shipping labels
- Coordinate with the packaging team to ensure timely dispatches
- Maintain records of orders, returns, RTOs, and exchanges

**Requirements**:

- 2-3 years of experience in e-commerce operations or customer support
- Familiarity with platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, and Shopify etc
- Experience with label printing, order tracking, and logistics
- Comfortable using Excel, Google Sheets, and backend tools
- **Must be comfortable using laptops, Shopify dashboards, and basic operations tools**:

- Strong communication skills in Hindi & English
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and good at follow-ups
