**Position required - Receptionist**

Experience - Fresher

Qualification - HSC / B.Com

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Time: 09.00 am to 05.30 pm

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
- Maintaining visitor logs, including details about the person they visit and the purpose

of their visit.
- Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary.
- Handling incoming phone calls, directing them when necessary and taking messages

within the established guidelines
- Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks.
- Collect packages, sort them and distribute them to the right employee.
- Prepare packages for dispatch and coordinate with logistics partners for their pickup
- Maintaining courier Inward & Outward register.
- Assisting the HR team with recruitment, onboarding and termination processes.

Maintaining safety and hygiene standards of the reception area.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
