
Receptionist/administrator

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Reception & Front Desk**:
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors in a professional and friendly manner
- Manage incoming calls, direct them to the appropriate staff, and handle inquiries efficiently
- Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area
- Manage visitor logbooks and appointment schedules
**Administrative Support**:
- Handle general office administration including filing, scanning, and document control
- Assist in preparing basic correspondence, memos, and reports
- Maintain and order office supplies and stationery
- Coordinate with vendors for office maintenance and services
**Coordination**:
- Support the sales and site teams with documentation work (e.g., agreement copies, KYC collection)
- Help with property listing updates and follow-ups for site visits
- Maintain customer interaction logs and support client communication follow-ups when required
**Record Keeping**:
- Maintain staff movement registers
- Coordinate courier and dispatches of documents
**Requirements**:
- Graduate in any discipline
- 1-2 years of experience in front office or administrative roles (real estate industry preferred)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Good communication skills (spoken and written)
- Polite, presentable, and organized with a professional attitude
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
