- Support with the preparations of financial controlling meetings, aligning with the Business on the monthly financials results and Responsible to drive results considering the Organizations finance goals.
- Preparing and Maintaining the Management and KPI Dashboards.
- End to End Responsibility of month close and preparing financials reports.
- Well-versed with financial analyst role.
- Perform the Budgeting task end to end.
- Analysing and preparing monthly rolling forecast in detailed manner. (revenue, expenses, cost & headcount) in order to identifying risk as well as new opportunities.
- Finalisation and submission of monthly forecasts post sign off from business.
- Delivering analysis around Margin / Revenue variance against plan / forecast.
- Flagging off the key risks, concerns and opportunities to Senior Management via the management reportings on timely and proactive manner.
- Providing transparency of costs and Revenue to management via various ad-hoc financial analyses.
- Drive / Implement reports on Revenue optimization and cost leakage controls.
- As a controlling team member will be responsible to challenge the status quo, drive the Initiatives on process improvements, and automation.
- Need to be agile to deliver Adhoc analysis along with BAU activities, on time and with Limited inputs.
- Extensive use of SAP MM, CO and FI.
- Deliver the reco between FI vs MI vs CO.
- Represent the India Finance and controlling on various forum including Munich ( Germany) forums.
- Supporting all Org Application wherein Finance Inputs needed (eg Internal Order’s - PR, cost center creation validation, Amedeus Cytrix, etc)
- Give active support to other Finance teams on Financial matters.
- Give financials consultancy to Business pillar’s and Support functions on BAU and special Projects.
- Ensure the financials are as per IFRS and Accounting standards.
- Review the financial impact related to the change in the policies and procedures.
- Participating in calls and meetings with Leadership & management to understand expectations, raise escalations, resolve issues etc.
- Support the Pricing activities (Rate card sign-off’s, RFP’s, approvals on new business deals, preparing and review Business cases, develop pricing Models etc)
