**Job Opening: Customer Care Executive**

**Job Role & Responsibilities**:

- Handle incoming calls & respond to customer inquiries politely and professionally.
- Guide students/customers regarding courses, fees, batch timings & processes.
- Maintain records of conversations and leads in the CRM.
- Follow-up with interested customers to convert leads into admissions.
- Resolve basic queries and escalate complex issues when needed.
- Maintain a positive, respectful, and service-oriented attitude at all times.

**Skills Required**:

- Good Communication Skills (Hindi / Punjabi / English)
- Confident and pleasant personality
- Ability to handle calls and customer queries patiently

**Work Schedule**:
Full-Time | shift timing - Rotational

**Salary**:
₹10,000 - ₹14,000 per month (Based on Skills & Interview Performance)
