Experience - 3-4 years
- **Job description -**_

1) Identify and shortlist reliable vendors, including carpenters, electricians, and other tradespeople, for various projects.

2) Negotiate favorable rates and contracts with vendors while ensuring adherence to company budgetary guidelines.

3) Conduct vendor induction and provide training on project requirements, safety protocols, and quality standards.

4) Regularly monitor vendor performance to ensure compliance with agreed-upon terms and conditions.

5) Conduct quality control visits to project sites to assess workmanship and adherence to project specifications.

6) Assign vendors to projects based on their expertise, availability, and project requirements.

7) Review and approve vendor invoices and payment requests in a timely manner.

8) Maintain accurate vendor records, including contact information, rates, and performance evaluations.

9) Resolve any vendor-related issues or disputes in a fair and efficient manner.

10) Ensuring Timely Delivery: Monitor vendor performance to uphold on-time delivery of materials and services, meeting project deadlines consistently.

11) Budgeting and Cost Control:Develop and manage procurement budgets, tracking expenses and identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.Implement cost control measures and strategies to optimize procurement spend and achieve budgetary goals.

- **Requirements**:_

Proven experience as a Vendor Manager, Procurement Specialist, or similar role in Interior Design industry.

Strong negotiation and contract management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex problems.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration,

Supply Chain Management, or relevant field (preferred).

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- Weekend availability
