Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
1. End-to-End Recruitment:
2. Sourcing Strategies:

- Utilize platforms like job portals, social media, and professional networks for talent acquisition.
- Create and post job advertisements on various platforms.

3. Coordination and Communication:
4. Data Management:

- Maintain and update recruitment records and databases.
- Generate regular progress reports on recruitment activities.

5. Process Improvement:

- Continuously enhance recruitment processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Educational Qualification: Any graduate.
- Experience: 2 months to 2 years of proven experience in recruitment (preferably non-IT).
- Technical Skills:

- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with job portals and social media recruitment tools.
- Soft Skills:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Time management and organizational skills.
