- Responding to customer inquiries and providing excellent customer service.
- Coordinating sales meetings and taking meeting minutes.
- Ensuring timely delivery of orders and managing order fulfillment.
- Generating sales reports and analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Providing support to the sales team in achieving sales targets.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, operations, and finance, to ensure the smooth operation of the sales process.
- Staying up-to-date with the latest products, services, and industry trends.

Key Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other business software.
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in sales administration or coordination is preferred.
