**Job Title**: Fresher Makeup Artist - Shoppers Stop

**Location**: Mumbai / Thane (Shoppers Stop Outlets)
**Department**: Beauty & Cosmetics
**Reports To**: Store Manager / Beauty Advisor Lead / Brand Representative

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist senior makeup artists or brand advisors at the beauty counter.
- Guide customers in selecting appropriate makeup and skincare products.
- Support the achievement of daily and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the beauty counter, tools, and testers.
- Restock displays and assist in merchandising and promotional setups.
- Attend brand training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and makeup techniques.
- Deliver excellent customer service and enhance the overall shopping experience.
- Maintain records of client preferences and feedback for future reference.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Completed a certified **makeup course** from a recognized institute (Mumbai or Thane).
- Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in beauty/makeup/retail (training or internship experience is acceptable).
- Presentable appearance, polite behavior, and good communication skills.
- Willing to work retail shifts, weekends, and festive seasons.
- Enthusiastic and customer-focused with a strong interest in beauty and grooming.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Familiarity with top makeup and skincare brands (e.g., Lakmé, L'Oréal, Colorbar, Maybelline, etc.).
- Multilingual communication (English, Hindi, Marathi preferred).
- Basic knowledge of beauty sales, billing systems, or POS (Point of Sale) is a plus.
