You'll secure slots at major festivals (e.g., Lollapalooza India, NH7 Weekender), college fests (e.g., Mood Indigo, Saarang), and platforms like District by Zomato, Book My Show leveraging your industry connections to book 10-15 shows in 2026.
Your mission: Turn our artist's viral buzz into main-stage opportunities across Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, and beyond.
Key Responsibilities:
• Strategize and secure bookings for festivals, college events, and live music venues (e.g., via Book My Show, Live101).
• Build relationships with promoters (e.g., OML, Eva Live, Zomato Live) and college fest coordinators.
• Pitch our artist's EPK, highlighting viral track metrics and live performance energy.
• Negotiate contracts, performance fees, and logistics (travel, riders).
• Collaborate with our team to align bookings with digital promotion (Spotify, Jio Saavn, Instagram).
• Track outreach and bookings via CRM; aim for 2-3 pitches weekly.
Who You Are:
• 10+ years in artist management or live music booking, with a proven track record of securing festival/college gigs in India.
• Deep connections with promoters (e.g., Book My Show, NODWIN, Wizcraft) and platforms like District by Zomato.
• Experience managing pop, indie, or rock acts.
• Skilled negotiator, able to secure paid slots and fair revenue splits (10-15% commission expected).
• Proactive, with a hustle mindset to pitch and follow up relentlessly.
• Bonus: Familiarity with IPRS for performance rights and sync licensing.
