**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide day-to-day technical support to center staff and co-working members.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software (printers, routers, biometric devices, workstations, etc.).
- Monitor and maintain LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPNs, internet connectivity, firewalls, leased line.
- Coordinate with vendors for procurement, AMC, and IT services.
- Set up IT systems for new members, including access control, printers, and internet credentials.
- Manage asset inventory of all IT equipment and maintain regular updates.
- Conduct regular system audits and backups.
- Assist in setting up AV systems for conference rooms and events.
- Ensure compliance with cybersecurity and data privacy policies.
- Act as the first point of contact for IT-related escalations and provide timely resolution.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in an IT support role, preferably in a co-working, hospitality, or service-oriented environment.
- Hands-on experience with networks, servers, and workstations.
- Good understanding of routers, switches, firewalls, and structured cabling.
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office 365, and basic troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and multitask across multiple centers.

**Preferred**:

- Experience with access control and CCTV systems.
- Familiarity with co-working management software/tools (e.g., Wi-Fi access systems, CRM, IT ticketing tools).
- Certifications like CCNA, MCP, or CompTIA are a plus.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
