Store In-charge

**Key responsibilities**
- **Inventory Management**:Receiving, storing, and organizing inventory, maintaining accurate records of stock levels, and replenishing supplies.
- **Customer Service**:Ensuring a high level of service, addressing customer inquiries and complaints, and fostering a positive shopping experience.
- **Staff Management**:Supervising, training, and motivating store staff, setting performance goals, and providing guidance.
- **Sales and Profitability**:Monitoring sales performance, implementing strategies to drive sales, and ensuring the store meets its financial targets.
- **Operational Efficiency**:Implementing and monitoring store policies and procedures, ensuring a clean and organized store environment, and improving operational processes.
- **Compliance and Security**:Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, implementing and enforcing security measures, and preventing losses.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
