- **Sales and Profitability**:Monitoring sales performance, implementing strategies to drive sales, and ensuring the store meets its financial targets.
- **Operational Efficiency**:Implementing and monitoring store policies and procedures, ensuring a clean and organized store environment, and improving operational processes.
- **Compliance and Security**:Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, implementing and enforcing security measures, and preventing losses.
