Job Description:
**Responsibilities**:
1. Create original artwork and decor pieces that align with current trends and client preferences.
2. Collaborate with interior designers and clients to understand their vision and requirements for home decor.
3. Develop concepts and sketches for new projects, presenting ideas effectively for feedback and approval.
4. Use various artistic techniques and materials to produce high-quality decor items, such as paintings, sculptures, têxtiles, and wall art.
5. Stay updated on industry trends, design innovations, and emerging materials to incorporate fresh ideas into artwork.
6. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and adherence to deadlines.
7. Maintain a well-organized workspace and keep track of materials and supplies needed for projects.
8. Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and other events to showcase artwork and promote the brand.
9. Provide excellent customer service by responding to client inquiries and incorporating their feedback into designs.
**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Visual Arts, or a related field.
2. Proven experience as an artist, preferably in home decor or a similar industry.
3. Strong portfolio showcasing a range of artistic styles and techniques.
4. Proficiency in traditional and digital art tools and software.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7. Strong attention to detail and a creative problem-solving mindset.
8. Knowledge of design principles and current trends in home decor.
