**A bit about the role**:
This role is critical in driving the company’s growth in India by managing recruitment and contributing to HR initiatives. The split of responsibilities is approximately 70-80% Recruitment and 20-30% HR administration.
Here's a breakdown of what you'll be doing:
**Talent Acquisition**:
**1. Talent Sourcing and Hiring**
- Develop and maintain talent pipelines for key roles across technical and non-technical areas.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define effective sourcing strategies.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring teams, provide timely feedback, and oversee offer negotiation and onboarding.
3. **Employer Branding**
- Represent the company at campus hiring events and external events.
- Collaborate with the UK parent company to align on employer branding strategies and localize content for the Indian market.
- In collaboration with the UK marketing department, develop recruitment marketing materials that highlight the company’s culture and values.
4. **Data Management & Reporting**
- Maintain accurate recruitment records in the ATS (PinPoint).
- Generate regular recruitment reports, including metrics such as time-to-hire, quality-of-hire, and pipeline status.
- Use data insights to improve recruitment processes.
**People/HR**:
**1. Onboarding & Employee Integration**
- Partner with HR in the UK to create seamless onboarding experiences for new hires.
- Ensure new joiners understand company values, policies and career opportunities.
2. **Employee Engagement**
- Act as a local point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies and benefits.
- Contribute to the planning and execution of engagement initiatives, such as team events and wellbeing programs.
3. **Policy Implementation**
- Support HR in implementing global and local HR policies, ensuring compliance with Indian labour laws.
- Assist in drafting or localizing policies based on regional requirements.
4. **Performance & Development Support**
- Coordinate training and development programs in collaboration with the UK Head of People.
- Assist managers in the administration of performance reviews and provide guidance on career development processes.
5. **HR Data Management**
- Maintain and update employee records in HR systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance with data protection laws.
- Generate HR analytics reports to support decision-making.
**What you'll need to succeed...**:
- University degree with a CGPA of 6.0+ or relevant qualifications in HR, Business (or equivalent other)
- Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Able to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Motivated, ambitious and determined
- Experience of using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
