**Qualifications:
- M.Sc. / B.Sc. in Chemistry (Organic / Inorganic / Industrial Chemistry).**
Role Objective:
To support the development of new chemical products, improve existing formulations, and assist in process optimization through laboratory research and trials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct experiments for product development and process improvement in specialty chemicals.
- Perform literature reviews and suggest innovative approaches for product enhancement.
- Maintain accurate documentation of experimental work and test results.
- Collaborate with production and quality teams to scale up laboratory findings to pilot and plant levels.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations during R&D activities.
- Assist in analyzing raw materials, intermediates, and finished products for R&D purposes.
**Skills**:
- Good knowledge of laboratory techniques and analytical instruments.
- Problem-solving and analytical mindset.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
**Working Days : Monday to Saturday | 10:00 am to 6:30 pm**
