**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Digital Marketing (Lead Generation & Brand Awareness)
- Plan and run ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) for rooftop solar
- Popups-forms, and campaign funnels using tools like Zoho/Unbounce
- Optimize website SEO for keywords like “solar subsidy Gujarat”, “EV charging station near me”
- Track lead funnel: Impressions → Clicks → CRM → Sale → ROI
- Manage and analyze WhatsApp/Google Form/CRM integration and response flow
- Design, build and maintain our social media presence
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points

**Data Analytics (Location & Market Insights)**
- Use tools like Google Trends, MapMyIndia, and GIS to analyze demand clusters for solar/EV
- Identify high-load societies, industrial zones, commercial hubs for EV infrastructure
- Create dashboards for tracking CPC, CPL, CAC, and conversion trends
- Analyze campaign performance and create weekly/monthly reports
- Collaborate with the sales team to map digital leads to real conversion patterns

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, or Engineering
- 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing with data analysis or geolocation targeting
- Strong command of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, GA4, Search Console, Google Sheets
- Bonus: Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or GIS/heatmap tools
- Ability to translate data into business actions and insights
- Creativity and attention to detail
- Hands-on experience with social media platforms and ad managers
