**Key Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards (FSSAI, ISO, HACCP, GMP).
- Conduct routine checks and sampling during production processes to ensure product quality.
- Assist in maintaining and updating quality documentation and records.
- Perform inspections of raw materials, in-process, and finished goods.
- Coordinate with production teams to address quality-related issues in real time..
- Report deviations and assist in root cause analysis and CAPA implementation.
- Promote hygiene and sanitation standards on the production floor.

**Skills & Competencies**:

- Basic knowledge of food safety standards and regulatory requirements.
- Familiarity with quality control instruments and testing procedures.
- Attention to detail and strong observational skills.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Internship or training experience in a food processing/quality environment is a plus.
- Exposure to HACCP, ISO 22000, or FSSC protocols is desirable.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
