Job Overview:
**Primary Responsibilities**:
1. Develop and maintain integrations: Use MuleSoft and Dell Boomi to design, build, and

maintain integrations between Salesforce and other systems.

2. Technical design and architecture: Develop integration architecture based on business

requirements and best practices.

3. Troubleshooting and problem-solving: Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues related

to integrations.

4. Documentation: Create technical documentation, including design documents, specifications,

and user guides.

5. Collaboration: Work closely with other IT team members and stakeholders to ensure solutions

meet business needs.

Skills/Project Experience - Required:

- Good understanding of concepts such as SOAP, REST APIs, RESTful, RPC/RFC, event streams such as Kafka/google Pub-sub and different integration patterns.
- Strong knowledge of EAI/Microservices best practices, development methodologies & standards.
- Exposure to a variety of enterprise architectures from a large monolithic architecture to hybrid landscapes consisting of distributed systems and microservices and event-driven architectures.
- Knowledge of Integration Design patterns for building middleware systems from the ground up using message routing, content enrichment, message filtering, message transformation, guaranteed delivery, message sequencing, batch message processing, error handling and reconciliation mechanisms.
- Demonstrate good proficiency working with the Mule ESB, Anypoint Studio, API Management.
- Experience of API led design using Dell Boomi, MuleSoft and experience of supporting APIs through the full API lifecycle.
- Experience in data transformation using XPATH, XSLT, Data Weave, custom java classes and components that includes File, SMTP, FTP, SFTP, Salesforce Connectors, JMS, etc.
- Experience in implementing security aspects including API security, authentication, authorization, message & transport-level security.
- Experience in small to large size implementations, working with geographically distributed teams.
- Experience in creating HLD and LLD along with knowledge in UML to create related artifacts.
- Should possess excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written skills and the ability to interact with all levels of stakeholders, support personnel, and clients.
- Experience working with Github/Bitbucket/JIRA/Jenkins etc.

**Skills/Project Experience - good to have**:

- Experience working with JSON loggers, implementing custom connectors, and building custom policies.
- Experience with various deployment options in MuleSoft e.g., cloudhub, on-premises, RTF, PCF, and private cloud.
- Experience with JMS, listeners configuration, queue configuration etc., batch scheduling techniques.
- Experience with other iPaas solutions, such as Informatica and familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform

**Qualifications**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

2. 6+ years of experience in Salesforce development, including integration using MuleSoft and Dell

Boomi.

3. Strong understanding of Salesforce development best practices and coding standards.

4. Proficient in SOA design principles and general IT problem-solving skills.

6. Excellent communication and documentation skills.
