Lecturer for Food and Beverage Service cum Training & Placement Coordinator

**Position Overview**:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our faculty as a Lecturer for Food and Beverage Service. In addition to teaching responsibilities, this role will also involve coordinating training and placement activities for our students.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and update curriculum materials to ensure relevance and compliance with industry standards.
- Mentor and guide students in their academic and career development.
- Act as a bridge between our students and the hospitality industry, facilitating internships and placements.
- Establish and maintain relationships with hotels and hospitality businesses for placement opportunities.
- Organize career development workshops and job fairs.
- Assist students in resume building, interview preparation, and career counselling.
- Monitor and assess students' progress and provide feedback for improvement.
- Additional Handle Training & Placement

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field (Master's preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of industry experience in F & B Service.
- Teaching or training experience in a hospitality education setting is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Well-connected within the hospitality industry in Bangalore.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring future hoteliers.
