
Office Secretary

**Position Overview**:We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Secretary to join our team. As an integral part of our office, the Office Secretary will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day activities.
**Responsibilities**:
- **Administrative Support**:Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a friendly and professional manner.
- **Scheduling and Coordination**:Maintain and update the office calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference calls.
- Coordinate travel arrangements for executives or team members, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- **Record Keeping**:Maintain accurate and organized records, files, and documents, both physical and electronic.
- Assist in data entry tasks and maintain databases.
- **Communication**:Draft, edit, and proofread correspondence, memos, reports, and presentations.
- **Office Management**:Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory; reorder supplies as needed.
- Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and conducive to productivity.
- **Supporting Meetings**:Prepare meeting agendas, materials, and presentations as required.
- Attend meetings, take accurate minutes, and distribute them to relevant parties.
- **Confidentiality and Discretion**:Handle sensitive information and documents with utmost confidentiality.
- Maintain a high level of discretion when dealing with confidential matters.
- **Technology Proficiency**:Proficiently use office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant tools.
- Assist with basic troubleshooting of office equipment and technology issues.
**Qualifications**:
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from a recognized institution.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven experience as an office secretary or administrative assistant.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
