As a Social Media Intern, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our brand's online presence through engaging and captivating content across various social media platforms. This position offers a unique opportunity to develop both your creative and performance skills while gaining valuable hands-on experience in the field of digital marketing.

**Responsibilities**:
**Content Creation**:

- Develop and curate high-quality, visually appealing, and compelling multimedia content, including images, videos, graphics, and animations, that align with our brand's messaging and target audience.
- Generate innovative ideas for original content that resonate with our followers and promote audience engagement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm, plan, and execute creative content campaigns and initiatives.

**Performance and Engagement**:

- Create and maintain a content calendar, ensuring a consistent posting schedule across all social media platforms.
- Monitor and analyze engagement metrics, such as likes, comments, shares, and click-through rates, to assess the effectiveness of different content types and strategies.
- Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries from followers in a timely and engaging manner, fostering a positive online community.

**Live Performances and Events**:

- Participate in live streaming sessions, webinars, and virtual events to engage with our online audience in real time.
- Showcase your talent and perform in creative ways to captivate and entertain our followers during live sessions.

**Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with the design team to ensure that visual content maintains a consistent and appealing brand identity.
- Work closely with the social media manager and other team members to align content with overall marketing strategies and goals.

**Qualifications**:

- Currently pursuing a degree or recently graduated in marketing, communications, media studies, performing arts, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in using various social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube.
- Demonstrated creative skills and a keen eye for visual aesthetics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable with performing in front of a camera and engaging with an online audience.
- Basic understanding of social media analytics and metrics.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

**Duration**: This is a 6-month internship position, with the possibility of extension based on performance and business needs.
