**Job Overview**:
The Social Media Intern will assist in managing our company’s social media profiles, creating engaging content, interacting with the audience, and supporting promotional activities. The role involves close coordination with the marketing and sales teams to help grow brand awareness and drive student engagement.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Planning & Publishing**:

- Assist in developing and executing weekly content plans aligned with brand goals.
- Create and schedule daily posts, stories, and promotional content across platforms.
- Help maintain and update the content calendar.
- **Profile Setup & Optimization**:

- Keep social media profiles up-to-date with relevant information, graphics, and course links.
- Ensure pages are optimized for visibility and engagement.
- **Daily Page Handling**:

- Monitor comments, messages, and mentions.
- Respond to queries and engage with followers to build a positive community.
- **Community Engagement & Trend Monitoring**:

- Follow real-time trends within the EdTech and education space.
- Identify opportunities for engagement, relevant hashtags, and trending topics.
- **Weekly Coordination**:

- Work with the sales and marketing teams on promotions, offers, and content topics.
- Request and coordinate technical video content from trainers.
- Track weekly performance (likes, comments, reach, engagement).
- **Monthly Reporting**:

- Assist in preparing monthly social media performance reports.
- Collect data on reach, engagement, follower growth, website visits, and campaign results.
- Suggest creative ideas and improvements based on insights.

**Qualifications**:

- Pursuing or completed Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field.
- Basic understanding of social media platforms and content trends.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with willingness to learn and experiment.
- Familiarity with Canva, video editing, or analytics tools is a plus.
- Ability to coordinate with teams and manage tasks responsibly.
