**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Training Delivery**:
- Conduct engaging and effective training sessions across various skills (e.g., healthcare, retail, hospitality, warehouse, personality development etc.).
- Design and implement training modules that meet industry standards and enhance employability.
- Assess learner progress through tests, assignments, and practical demonstrations.
- Ensure training sessions are interactive, industry-relevant, and aligned with the curriculum.
- **Placement Coordination**:
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential employers to create job opportunities for program graduates.
- Facilitate placement drives, interviews, and company interactions for students.
- Monitor and track the placement status of students, ensuring they are placed in suitable roles post-training.
- Offer career counseling and guidance to students, helping them with resume building, interview preparation, and job search strategies.
- Coordinate with HR teams and employers to understand job requirements and align them with student skills.
- **Reporting & Documentation**:
- Maintain detailed records of student progress, placement activities, and industry feedback.
- Prepare reports on training outcomes, placement statistics, and program effectiveness.
- **Collaboration & Networking**:
- Engage with local businesses, NGOs, and government bodies to promote skill development programs and placement opportunities.
- Represent the organization at career fairs, workshops, and industry events to build partnerships and expand placement networks.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, or related field
- Minimum 1-5 years of experience in training, skill development, and placement coordination.
- Strong knowledge of industry standards, vocational training, and placement processes.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong networking skills and ability to collaborate with employers and industry leaders.
- Familiarity with online learning platforms and virtual training tools (for remote training, if applicable).
- Passion for skill development and empowering individuals through education.
**Desirable**:
- Certification in training or skill development (e.g., Trainer Certification from NSDC, etc.).
- Experience in handling government-funded skill development programs.
- Knowledge of the local job market and industries with a high demand for skilled professionals.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
