**Job Title**: Front Desk Receptionist
**Responsibilities**:
- Greet guests warmly and efficiently upon arrival.
- Schedule appointments and manage the calendar for the team, ensuring that all meetings are organized efficiently.
- Manage Sir's daily schedule, including arranging meetings, appointments, and coordinating necessary resources.
- Answer phone calls, provide information to clients, and direct calls to the appropriate departments.
- Maintain records and accounts of guests, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Keep track of office supplies, inventory, and place orders as necessary.
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Maintain communication and coordination with staff and management to support day-to-day operations.
- Provide support in managing and organizing events, meetings, and travel arrangements for Sir and other team members as required.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a clear, confident voice.
- Perform additional administrative tasks as requested to support the office.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Prior experience in a front desk or receptionist role is a plus.
- Knowledge of office management and procedures.
- Fluency in English.
- Experience in managing executive schedules is highly desirable.
**EXPERIENCED CANDIDATES IN A SIMILAR FIELD WILL BE GIVEN PREFERENCE.**
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹18,276.52 - ₹38,227.74 per month
