Position: Game Artist

Role and Responsibilities: As a Game Artist at our studio, you will play a crucial role in the visual development of our games. You will be responsible for creating high-quality 3D models, environments, characters, and animations while also contributing to 2D asset creation for in-game elements. Collaborating closely with our game designers and developers, you will bring ideas to life and help shape the overall artistic direction of our projects. Your expertise in 3D modeling, proficiency in the Unity engine, and ability to craft 2D assets will be vital in creating exceptional gaming experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
3D Modeling: Develop and design captivating 3D models for characters, props, environments, and other in-game assets, ensuring they meet the technical and artistic requirements of the project.

Unity Integration: Seamlessly integrate 3D assets into the Unity engine, optimizing them for performance and ensuring they function as intended within the game environment.

Animation: Create fluid and expressive animations for characters and objects, infusing life and personality into the game world.

2D Asset Creation: Utilize your artistic skills to design 2D assets such as textures, icons, UI elements, and concept art, maintaining a consistent and visually appealing style throughout the game.

Collaborate and Iterate: Work closely with game designers, developers, and other artists to iterate on visual concepts, incorporating feedback to achieve the desired artistic vision.

Technical Adaptability: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and techniques to continuously improve your skills and adapt to evolving development practices.

Qualifications and Skills:
Portfolio: A strong and diverse portfolio showcasing your expertise in 3D modeling, 2D asset creation, and Unity integration. Highlight your ability to create visually appealing and cohesive art assets.

3D Modeling: Proficiency in 3D modeling software such as Blender, Maya, 3ds Max, or similar, with the ability to produce high-quality, low-poly, and well-optimized 3D models.

Unity Engine: Solid understanding of the Unity engine, including asset integration, lighting, and animation implementation.

2D Art: Experience in creating 2D art, including textures, concept art, UI elements, and icons, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.

Creativity and Collaboration: Strong creative and artistic abilities, coupled with excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Time Management: Capable of managing multiple tasks and meeting project deadlines in a fast-paced game development environment.

Passion for Gaming: A genuine passion for video games and a deep appreciation for the impact of visual artistry on player experience.

Preferred Qualifications:
Game Development Experience: Previous experience in the gaming industry or working on game development projects.

Educational Background: A degree or formal training in Game Design, Computer Graphics, Animation, Fine Arts, or a related field is advantageous but not mandatory.
